Q:  Who developed the C/MRI system?
A:  The C/MRI system was developed by Dr. Bruce Chubb, MMR.  It is sold through JLC Enterprises, Inc.

Q: Where can I go for more information about the C/MRI hardware, or to get the handbooks and included software?
A: The hardware, software and handbooks for the C/MRI system are the sole property of JLC Enterprises, Inc. and copies are available directly from them.  Easee Interfaces, LLC, can not copy or distribute any copyrighted material without the prior written consent and permission of JLC Enterprises, Inc.  Please contact JLC Enterprises, Inc. for your personal copy.

Q: Where can I find parts lists or assembly instructions for the C/MRI hardware.
A: The parts lists and assembly instructions can be found on the C/MRI Products page with each individual component.

Q:  What is the difference between an "assembled and tested" board and a "kit"?
A:  Assembled and tested boards are fully assembled and tested by Easee Interfaces, LLC.  Kits contain the circuit board and all parts required to complete the board.  You MUST solder the components in a kit yourself to complete a board.

Q:  Are the "assembled and tested" boards guaranteed by Easee Interfaces, LLC?
A: Yes, all "assembled and tested" boards come with a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects on parts and labor.

Q:  Does Easee Interfaces, LLC, accept credit cards.
A:  Sorry, not at this time.

Q:  Does Easee Interfaces, LLC, ship to Canada or overseas.

Q:  I understand there is free software used to control the C/MRI hardware.  How can I get it?
A:  This software is the JMRI -- or Java Model Railroad Interface.  

Q:  Is there a place on the internet I can get more help with the JMRI software?
